Our work is shaped by a close understanding of how people live — particularly the changing needs of growing families. Since 2016, the practice has focused on residential renovations, heritage extensions, and bespoke new homes across Melbourne and throughout Victoria, combining insight into daily life with a careful response to site, context, and planning constraints.
Led by architect Eliza Blair, the work is defined by a clear and measured approach to space, materiality, and light. While these principles underpin every project, each is approached with curiosity and a focus on what makes it specific to the client, site, and brief.
We work collaboratively with clients from the outset to establish clarity around budget, opportunities, and constraints. This early resolution allows key decisions to be tested and refined before they become costly or difficult — resulting in homes that are both practical and enduring.
Our approach considers how spaces are used throughout the day and over time. Light, movement, and connection are carefully balanced to create homes that feel calm, functional, and easy to live in.
Environmental performance is integrated through passive design principles — working with orientation, ventilation, and material selection to reduce energy use and improve comfort. The result is architecture that responds to its setting and supports long-term living.
